Nikon DQC-FS Quantitative Monochrome Camera 512 x 512 The DCQ-FS is ideally suited for "sit and stare" low-light, high speed imaging applications.  It has a back-illuminated, frame transfer electron-multiplication gain CCD. The CCD has over 90% quantum efficiency from 500-700nm. 512x512 pixel array with 16um pixels, utilizing two separate readout registers: one for EM gain mode and a second standard readout register for non-EM gain imaging. This allows digitization rates of 10MHz, 5MHz, or 1 MHz – all at 16bits.
